Welcome to JustShe Limited ("JustShe", "we", "our" or "us") website (site).

The following terms and conditions outline the procedures by which we operate on our website. Please be aware that these terms are subject to modifications, so we recommend reviewing them each time you access our site.

General Information

This website is owned by JustShe Limited ("JustShe", "we", "our" or "us"). The images contained on the site are provided in good faith and are a fair reflection of the products being offered for sale. We cannot warrant the appearance and/or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical products. All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Product, Payment and Price

The products described and offered for sale are intended for domestic use only.  All prices listed in GBP(£) include VAT.  All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please check your order before submitting payment.  The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown when you place your order.  JustShe are entitled to make adjustments to the price due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. JustShe will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the item or order.  If JustShe unable to fullfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. JustShe is not accountable to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.


We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Delta. JustShe will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.  Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been received.  Once an order has been placed, JustShe are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

Security Policy

JustShe website is secured by secure sockets layer (SSL), ensuring all user information is encrypted before being sent across the internet. JustShe does not store customer credit details on our website or servers. 

Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer, there are certain terms implied into your contract with us which we cannot exclude or limit (for example, the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979).

These terms and conditions do not dispute your statutory rights as a consumer. If you would like more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office (www.tradingstandards.gov.uk), Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

Faulty Products

If the products that you purchase from us are faulty, or in your opinion not fit for the purpose in which you purchased them, you should advise us of this via the ‘contact us’ section within a reasonable time following delivery or within a reasonable time following discovery of the defect(s) which are not apparent to you on an initial inspection. We would need to be informed within 48 hours or any faults, if the item becomes faulty within 28 days we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you are outside of the 28 days, we will need the products to be sent back to us for inspection - we can then proceed a refund or replacement. 

Where you have purchased products which come with a manufacturers’ warranty, you should contact us and inform us of any defects in those products within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer (details of which are supplied with the products).

We will examine the products and, if they are faulty, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • We will remedy the defect
  • Replace the defective product(s)
  • Refund the price of the defective product(s)
  • Refund / Replacement Policy
  • Refund / Replacement Policy: If you exercise your statutory rights as outlined above, we will deal with your query as quickly as possible and exchange the product or arrange a refund.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@justshe.co.uk - we would require photographs of the damaged items, and then arranging for these items to be sent back to us and we will refund you postage costs and send you out a replacement. Without the items back in our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot send out replacement products. These items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving them. 

Unwanted Goods: If for whatever reason you want to return a product, the products received back should be 'as new' not incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories. You have the right to return an unwanted product within 14 days of receiving it. 

Delay or Failure to Perform

JustShe will not be responsible if we are unable to fulfill our obligations to you due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or labor disputes.
